Introduction

QDEV Software Concept SRL. (“QDEV”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed by QDEV. This Privacy Policy applies to our application named Livin', and its associated subdomains (collectively, our "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to our collecting, storage, use and disclosure or your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to QDEV, and ‘you’ refers to you, the user of the Services. Throughout this privacy policy, the application “Livin’ - my Status Live“ will be further referred to as the 'App'."

About information we collect on short

We may collect information from you when you use the App, including: Personal Information: We may collect personal information, such as your username, email address, profile photo, status when you voluntarily provide it to us through the App, such as when you register an account, set up a profile, or contact us for support. Non-Personal Information: We may also collect non-personal information, such as, app usage data, and analytics, which may be collected automatically when you use the App.


What Personal Data We Use


Personal status

The App allows you to set up a personal status. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that the status information (called “Activity”) you share is personal and may be visible to other users of the App who have access to your profile or contact list, depending on your privacy settings. You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your status information within the App.

Basic Account Data

Livin’- my Status Live is a social network service. You provide us some basic account data like:
profile name
profile picture (optional)
alias (optional)
e-mail address to create a Livin’ - my Status Live account.
password for your account
To make it easier for your contacts and other people to reach you and recognize who you are, the screen alias you choose, your profile pictures, and your username (should you choose to set one) on Livin’ are always public. We don't want to know your real real name, gender, age, profession. We do not require your screen alias and username to be your real name. Note that users who have you in their contacts will see you by the name they saved or by your username. This way your mother can have the public name 'Mother1234' while appearing as 'Mom' to you and as 'Aunt' to her relatives.

Login using your social media accounts

When you use the App, you may choose to log in using your social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Google, Apple iOS, or Facebook. In such cases, we may collect certain personal information from these social media platforms, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and other relevant information required for authentication. This information is used to create and manage your account in the App. Token Information: When you log in using your social media accounts, we may also collect and store access tokens or other similar authentication credentials ("Tokens") provided by these social media platforms. Tokens are used to authenticate your identity and provide you with access to the features and services of the App.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Protecting your E-mail Address

Your unique account is based on your e-mail address that you provide. Your e-mail address will be used only to login, will not be shown to other users in the app. We may use the email address you provide during account registration for the purpose of sending you notifications related to the initial account setup, password recovery, and important updates about the App. We may send you some really important notifications on your e-mail in case of a security breach or in case you use the application Livin’ - my Status Live not according to the agreed Terms of Service.

Your Status (“Activities”)

Livin’ - my Status Live is a social network application. You can share with others what activity you are doing in a particular moment.
If you do not want to share with others what activity you are doing, you can simply select “Private” profile. You will still be able to see what other uses are doing.
If you want to share only with some users what activity you are doing, you can simply select “Incognito” profile. You will still be able to see what other users are doing.
If you do not want to share any data but still use the application, you simply do not set any activity. Your activities history is not saved on the server for more than 24 hours. We will not and cannot make a profile based on the activities you are sharing, because we simply do not store the history or your status for more than 24 hours on the servers. In this way we protect you.

Location Data

We do not need your location data. We do not request and do not obtain your location data.

Cookies

The application Livin’- my Status Live does not use cookies. We do no want to know what other applications you are using.

Keeping Your Personal Data Safe

We may use third-party service providers to host, store, and process the information collected through the App, including Personal Information. These service providers may be located in countries outside of your jurisdiction, and their servers may be located in different countries as well. By using the App, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information, including Personal Information, to such third-party service providers.


Processing Your Personal Data


Our Services

Livin’- my Status Live is a cloud social network service. We will process your data to deliver your app, including your current status (activity) to any devices of your choosing without a need for you to use third-party backups or cloud storage.

Safety and Security

We take measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. For example, we use HTTPS while information is being transmitted. We also enforce technical and administrative access controls to limit which of our employees have access to nonpublic personal information. We store the information we collect for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

Sharing information

We may share your information with third parties for various purposes, including: Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, such as hosting, data storage, and analytics providers. These service providers may have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose. Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information to comply with a legal obligation, such as a subpoena, court order, or other legal process.


Third Party Payment Services


Payment Information

We do not process payments from users and instead relies on different payment providers around the world. It is the payment providers that handle and store your credit card details. We do not have access to this information.

Credit Card Information

When making a purchase, you enter your credit card details into a form supplied by the payment provider that will be processing the payment, and this information goes directly to the payment provider's server. Your credit card information never reaches QDEV's servers. We do not access and do not store your credit card information. When you save your credit card info, it is saved on the respective payment provider's servers and the payment provider gives QDEV a token that you can reuse for future payments. It is not possible to reconstruct your credit card info from the token.

Payment Disputes

Due to the fact that we doesn't store any credit card details or transaction information, it is impossible for us to handle complaints or cashbacks.

Your Rights

If you are located in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), or other jurisdictions with similar data protection laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other applicable laws. Deleting data

If you would like to delete your account, you can do this on the Profile page. Deleting your account removes all activities, media, contacts and every other piece of data you store in the Livin’ cloud account. This action cannot be undone.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will review and may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on this page and also within the App.
